News, notes, cancellations, and maybe even some trivia. This is where you'll find announcements for all things RAD! Consider it our cyber-bulletin board. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.
(In the case of inclement, or impending inclement, weather, please check here for class cancellations BEFORE driving, or attempting to drive, to the Academy. Class cancellations will be posted on this page No Later Than 60 minutes prior to classes. Please note, depending on the conditions, we may NOT be able to get to the Academy to change the answering machine. If there are power outages we may not be able to update the website either so use your best judgment on class cancellations.)
What's new???
- We will be holding our Academy Awards (Student Appreciation Day) at a later date. Originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 28th, will be postponed until a later date so the crew has time to maximize the glamour of the evening and make it a truly outstanding Academy Awards!
- Please note that several classes have been closed/canceled and some class times have changed. Please verify your class time on the schedules page of the website.
- We are hoping to hold our Student Appreciation Day on Sunday, September 11, 2011. We would like to hold our awards presentation during a family picnic (you provide the picnic & we'll provide the awards). If you are able to attend for the afternoon please inform an office staff member ASAP so we can firm-up the plans.
- This year we are continuing to work on "Going Green". We will be directing everyone to our website or our news area in the Academy for information rather than having hard copies to hand out or mail out. We are hoping to expand our website and still keep it easy to navigate. Please feel free take notes off the website and then ask any questions you may have while you are in the office (or give us a call).
